Amy Smyth
Amy Smyth is an artist and writer currently based
in South London. A graduate of Camberwell College of
Arts, she produces drawings, sculpture, photography and writing. Often using easily manipulated materials, Smyth's work forms a vocabulary of symbols variously employed in a murmured dialogue with the outside world. She is concerned with one-sided, stunted communication, and
the explosions of understanding which occur, despite everything.
